Once a month on the full moon, a group gathers at Bayfront Park for a guided sound bath under the stars. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, and ocean sounds blend with the actual ocean breeze. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket. An hour of deep relaxation followed by herbal tea and conversation. The most peaceful thing happening in Downtown Miami.
